From the front it’s a squared-off arch — two uprights, a flat top, and a shelf across the middle. No back panel, no drawer, no doors. A pair of them either side of a bed doesn’t wall the room in the way two cabinets do.
Honest notes
Open front and back, which means whatever’s on the shelf is on display. Books look good like that. Charging cables don’t.
No drawer. If you want somewhere to put the things you don’t want seen, this isn’t it.
The shelf is fixed, so measure before you plan on a particular stack of anything.
Give it two weeks before you’re rough with it. The oil finish takes fourteen days to cure — keep it dry and out of direct sun until then.
Oak takes stain and we offer four finishes. Maple and walnut are finished natural.
